Tribute to Cooper Ratten

The Hawks and the Blues will run through a joint banner on Saturday to honour the passing of Cooper Ratten before the bounce of the Round 23 match.

Both sides will also wear black armbands in recognition of the Ratten family’s tragic loss.

A guard of honour will be comprised of children of both past greats and current coaches of Carlton and Hawthorn, as the players enter onto the MCG.

Member Access


Reserved seat holders: The Round 23 match against Carlton is a home game for the Hawks. All Hawthorn reserved seat holders (except Tasmanian members) have guaranteed entry to the MCG.


Ponsford Stand Flexi members: Members with a Ponsford Stand Flexi membership need to confirm their seat through Ticketek by 5pm, Wednesday 2 September.


General Admission members: Members with general admission access can scan their membership card at the turnstiles for entry to the MCG. General admission is subject to capacity.

The Club will not be able to issue entry tickets to members who forget to bring their membership card to the MCG.

Click and Collect

The Click and Collect service allows you to order and pay via HawksNest online without having to pay postage. All you have to do is collect your order from your nominated HawksNest store or at the match. Orders must be placed before 3pm Wednesday 2 September and collections can only be made after email/phone confirmation from a club representative.
