Three Hawks have been recognised in various ways following Sunday's promising performance against Brisbane.

Experienced defender Louise Stephenson has been named in afl.com.au's Team of the Week, handy utility Mattea Breed has been nominated for Mark of the Year while star forward Greta Bodey has been nominated for Goal of the Year.

Stephenson had 12 intercepts for the game to go with her 12 disposals and four marks.

She played on various opponents throughout the game and held her own, earning her first selection in the team of the week this year.

Stephenson was joined by Breed in defence towards the end of the game with Breed taking a spectacular one-handed grab to be nominated for Mark of the Year.
