Hawthorn Football Club is proudly supporting Cystic Fibrosis Victoria (CFV) as the match-day charity for Round 20 against Melbourne at the MCG to raise awareness of Cystic Fibrosis (CF), the most common life-shortening genetic condition affecting young Australians.

Cystic Fibrosis is an inherited condition that primarily affects the lungs and digestive system. One in every 2,500 babies born in Australia will have CF and unfortunately there is currently no cure.

Hawks defender and CFV ambassador, Matt Suckling is encouraging all members and supporters to dig deep on game day. 

Volunteers dressed in red will be on the concourse pre-match rattling tins with all funds raised going towards supporting people living with cystic fibrosis and their families.
