With our Preliminary Final opponent confirmed, the Hawks furthered preparations for Saturday's clash against Port Adelaide at the Ricoh Centre.

The day began for forward Jack Gunston with a press conference, where the fitness of star forward Cyril Rioli was the hot topic.

Gunston, who has enjoyed a career-best season said he had full confidence in his teammates' ability to come back into the side if fit, and make an impact.

Once his media commitments were over, Gunston re-joined his teammates to get ready for a tough session out on the track.

The session was another tough one, after the players enjoyed the benefit of the weekend off to ensure they're ready for Saturday.

The players then headed back indoors for lunch before hitting the gym.
