Tuesday training began with a solid boxing and bike session, with the players split into two groups.

As one group sweated it out in a tough boxing session in the warm-up area of the gym at the Ricoh Centre, the other group cycled on the excerise bikes and yelled encouragement to their teammates.

The groups then switched before heading into the change rooms to refresh before their next task.
