Having been back in training for over a week, the Christmas and new year break now well and truly a distant memory as the players began their Tuesday morning with a goal kicking session out on the oval before heading indoors for a 45-minute boxing and bike session.

Split into groups, some players hit the excercise bikes on the edge of the warm-up area of the players' gym as the others filled the space to get stuck into some boxing.

Under the guidance of the club's boxing coach, the players were put into pairs where they worked hard with their partner and pushed each other as fatigue set in.

With a break only to receive more instructions and swap from boxing pads to gloves, the session was a tough one in humid conditions inside the Ricoh Centre.

When one group finished, the other stepped onto the floor for their boxing session as players from the first group hit the bikes.
