Tuesday was again an early start for the Hawks but not for a regular skills session or a boxing, this time it was a greulling circuit out on the oval at the Ricoh Centre.

Split into two groups, one participated in skills on one side of the oval while the other group got to work on a sharp circuit that put each player to the test.

The players completed different sations including medicine ball throwing, push-ups with weights, boxing, resistance work with therabands and worst of all, the ropes.

The circuit last for approximately 20 minutes, where the players completed each activity twice.

Once completed, the groups switched as the skills boys did the circuit and circuit boys completed skills.
