HAWTHORN dual premiership defender Brian Lake has been subbed out of Saturday night's match against Port Adelaide with what appears to be a knee injury.
The incident happened in the first quarter amid a flurry of scoring by the Power, and the loss of Lake only added to Hawthorn's woes as they went in to the first break trailing by 42 points.
