TWELVE former Hawks will take the field tonight for the annual EJ Whitten Legends game at Etihad Stadium - the most of any AFL club.

Former Hawthorn skipper and Brownlow medallist Shane Crawford will captain an All Stars side looking for their first win since 2010, and will feature the likes of Nick Holland, Paul Hudson, Michael Osbourne, Mark Williams and Max Bailey.

Lining up for Victoria will be Campbell Brown Peter Everitt, Joel Smith, Brent Guerra, Nathan Thompson and Stephen Gilham.

Current Hawthorn Ruck Coach Damian Monkhorst will also be pulling on the Big V jumper, as the Legends Game celebrates its 20th year.

The game commemorates the late Ted Whitten and raises awareness for prostate cancer and men’s health in support of the EJ Whitten Foundation.
