AFTER four years with the Hawks, Jonathon Ceglar will reach his 50-game milestone this week against West Coast.

The ruckman has built a steady career at Hawthorn, after being selected at pick No.15 by the club in the 2012 Rookie Draft, having previously spent two years at Collingwood.

After spending most of the 2013 season in the VFL, Ceglar made his debut against the Brisbane Lions in Launceston, where he recorded an impressive 22 hit outs and nine disposals.

Ceglar was upgraded from the rookie list in 2015, where he began to solidify a spot in the team, playing 15 AFL games. He averaged 11 disposals, 18 hit outs and contributed eight goals. Ceglar also played the first two finals for Hawthorn in 2015, but unfortunately for the big-man he was omitted for the Hawks' preliminary final.

Proving his value over the past two seasons, the 204cm ruckman has played 18 AFL games this year and has averaged an impressive 22 hit-outs.

He has been time and again praised for not only his ruck work, but his impressive work at ground level and ability to apply pressure to the opposition.

In 2015, Ceglar signed a two-year deal that commits him to the club until 2017.
