HAWTHORN has made four inclusions to complete a squad of 25 players ahead of Sunday’s clash with Collingwood at the MCG.

Jack Fitzpatrick, Ryan Schoenmakers, Marc Pittonet and Kieran Lovell have been brought into the squad for Hawthorn’s final home-and-away game of 2016.

Schoenmakers has endured a frustrating season, playing the first three home-and-away games before a groin injury halted his season.

The 2015 premiership player has played two games at VFL level and will add some height and experience to Hawthorn’s forward line.

Jack Fitzpatrick has yet to don the brown and gold after crossing from Melbourne at the end of last season. Fitzpatrick has battled concussion for a large portion of the season, but has been in solid form at Box Hill after returning to football in late July.

Ruckman Jonathon Ceglar will miss the rest of the season with an ACL injury he sustained in last week’s loss to the Eagles.

Hawthorn’s final 22 will be named tomorrow.
