Hawthorn will again head to Tasmania for their annual Australia Post Community Camp.

Hawks players will travel across the state, meeting with locals and joining in events within the Tasmanian community.

The camp, which will run between the 15-18 February, will see players visiting a number of schools around Tasmania with the launch of the Looking After ME schools program a major focal point.

The club has been holding their community camp in Tasmania since 2002, continuing their strong relationship with the state.

A small group of players will also visit Katherine, NT, during this period, continuing the important community work the club has maintained over several years.

More details about specific locations and activities will be released shortly.
