Hawthorn has opted for a near full-strength squad as they head into their final JLT Community Series match against Port Adelaide.

While Luke Hodge and Josh Gibson are two big name omissions, Isaac Smith, Paul Puopolo, Shaun Burgoyne, Grant Birchall and Ben McEvoy have all been named in the 27-man squad after not taking part in the JLT2 clash with North Melbourne.

There are a couple of fresh faces, with draftee Harry Morrison and Irishman Connor Nash named in the squad for the first time. Fans will also be looking forward to watching Ricky Henderson show his wares, having not yet witnessed the former Crow in action during the JLT series.

The squad will be cut down to 24 before the match, with the remaining three players to be listed as emergencies.
