Hawthorn Football Club is delighted to announce it has extended its partnership with iiNet for a further 3 years.

The partnership extension will unite one of Australia’s leading internet providers and with one of Australia’s most successful sporting organisations until at least the end of 2020.

As part of the partnership the iiNet logo will feature on the club’s guernsey and other training apparel.

Hawthorn Interim CEO Tim Silvers said the club was proud to continue their partnership with iiNet.

“We are thrilled to announce an extension of our partnership with iiNet and we look forward to continuing our successful relationship,” Silvers said.

“2017 marks the fourth year of our partnership with iiNet and we are delighted to continue working with a company who perfectly complement Hawthorn’s ongoing pursuit of innovation and success.”

Following the launch of iiNet’s limitless broadband plans, TPG Group COO Craig Levy believes the potential for the Hawks’ partnership is limitless.

“We are delighted to continue this relationship,” said Levy.

“iiNet did an excellent job in securing the Hawks a number of years ago and we at TPG regarded this as a very strategic move.

“It made perfect sense for iiNet to continue the win-win relationship with the number one club in the AFL, who have massive pulling power.

“We have big plans for the iiNet brands and given our continued investment since acquisition – the renewal of the Hawks contract confirms just how serious we are about iiNet.”
