To make sure you get your Hawthorn fix during bye week, we're counting down our top individual Hawk performances so far in 2017.

Despite Hawthorn posting just four wins at the half way point of the season, there have still been several individual highlights that have sparked hope and excitement amongst Hawks fans.

In at number five....

Jack Gunston

Round 12

19 possessions, 12 marks, 4 tackles, 5 goals

After enduring a week of questioning over his future and his loyalty to the club, Hawk forward Jack Gunston responded in the best way possible.

Gunston was a dominant force for the Hawks and, at stages throughout the game against the Gold Coast, seemed as though he would prove the match-winner.

Unfortunately, the Hawks fell short but Gunston would have been pleased with his individual performance, kicking five goals in the best game of his season so far.

Despite not having kicked as many goals this season as Hawks fans have become accustomed to, Gunston has still found a way to impact this season as he is on track for recording personal bests in average disposals, tackles and inside 50s.
