Hawthorn has made two changes to its side ahead of Saturday’s clash with Fremantle.

Irishman Conor Glass is set to pull on the brown and gold Guernsey for the first time, and will be joined by an experienced campaigner in Brendan Whitecross.

Youngsters Kade Stewart and Kurt Heatherley have been omitted, however GM-Football Jason Burt says the duo should be pleased with their efforts since returning to AFL level.

“We’re really excited about the guys coming in, but it is certainly unfortunate that two youngsters have to make way.

“Both Kurt and Kade have shown significant development over the past fortnight.

“They’ll return to Box Hill and play their role for the side this weekend, but I’m confident we’ll see each of them back at AFL level soon.

“It’s really encouraging that we’ve got so many young players banging down the door.”

The Hawks will fly to Perth tomorrow ahead of their Round 18 clash with the Dockers on Saturday night.

Teia Miles, Dallas Willsmore and Ty Vickery have been named as emergencies.
