Round 15 at Aurora Stadium saw the club, in association with Tasmanian Charity Give Me 5 For Kids raise a huge $8,133.65 to help support the families of sick children and provide cutting edge equipment to improve children’s hospital facilities across the state.

The money was raised through an attempt to break a Guinness World Record for the longest high five chain, set in 2014 by a community group in the USA.

Unfortunately, despite the fantastic efforts of the public, the attempt fell just short of breaking the record, however that didn’t stop all in attendance from having some fun and giving generously.

Thank you to everyone who got involved and dug deep on game day – your support is greatly appreciated!
