While team photo day is usually reserved for the standard ‘face forward, arms crossed, biceps pushed out’ footballer pose, we decided to do things a bit differently this year.

Jarryd Roughead and Jack Gunston were in on an elaborate prank that involved them passing instructions through an ear piece worn by AFL creative director (aka. professional actress) Tra Mi, encouraging their teammates to strike some ‘creative’ poses in front of the camera.

Despite many mystified looks, the players, for the most part, obliged.
