HAWTHORN has made six changes from last year’s premiership side for its Round 1 clash with Geelong on Easter Monday at the MCG.

Ruckman Jonathon Ceglar returns for his first senior match since Round 19 last year, while 2014 premiership Hawk Will Langford returns for his first senior match since the qualifying final.

Young guns Billy Hartung, Angus Litherland, Jonathan O’Rourke and James Sicily will also take on the Cats.

Daniel Howe, Kaiden Brand and Blake Hardwick have been named as emergencies.

“It’s been a tough week at selection, but it’s good to have some new faces come into the team,” Fagan said.

“The guys in the team have been rewarded for their pre-season efforts, and obviously the guys that have missed out are a bit unlucky.

“Jonathon Ceglar and Will Langford are both proven performers at this level, and the young guys who have come in will be eager to make the most of this opportunity.”
