HAWTHORN will make at least two changes to its side to face West Coast Eagles at the MCG on Sunday afternoon.

The Hawks have welcomed five players into the squad of 25 for the 2015 grand final rematch against the Eagles.

Jonathon Ceglar has been named in the squad after missing Round 1 with a back spasm, while Brendan Whitecross, Kaiden Brand, Daniel Howe and Blake Hardwick are also in.

Luke Hodge will miss with a fractured arm, while Round 1 debutant Marc Pittonet has been omitted.

Jordan Lewis will captain the Hawks in the absence of skipper Hodge and fellow vice-captain Jarryd Roughead.

If selected to play, Brand and Hardwick would be making their AFL debuts.
