After being nominated for Mark of the Year in Round 3, Hawthorn star Cyril Rioli has given fans another reason to vote for him, nominated this time for Goal of the Year.

In Saturday's 145-point win over St Kilda, Rioli kicked a brilliant goal in the third quarter, straight from a centre bounce stoppage.

First, Rioli pressured and dispossessed St Kilda's Jack Steven, then gathered the ball cleanly himself, saw the space in between two Saints players and accelerated away before a one-two with teammate Isaac Smith released him inside 50 to steer through a brilliant left foot goal.
