During the free agency and trade periods and at the 2014 National and Rookie Drafts, Hawthorn welcomed eight new players to the Club, with five joining the primary list and three the rookie list.

What kind of player are you: I’m an aggressive ruckman who has good tap work, covers a lot of ground and provides a presence for his team.

What are your strengths: My tap work and just being a presence on the ground. Also at ground level I’m really good below my knees.

What can you work on: My endurance and my overall strength.

What are your goals for 2015: To try and work to a point where should any of the ruckman go down in the team that I’d be a viable option to step in. I just want to be an option to come in if the players ahead of me get injured or suspended or something go wrong.

I also just want to improve my overall game.
