With the Hawks' season opener against Brisbane now just nine days away, the players hit the gym on Thursday morning to work on their upper body strength.

The Hawks have had a great pre-season so far, with wins over Brisbane, North Melbourne and Melbourne ensuring the group is confident heading into the start of the season.

They continued their preparations for another tough and challenging year in the weights room, with different groups of players hitting the gym at different times.
