The players hit the track on Friday under the sun at the Ricoh Centre to prepare for next Friday night's Preliminary Final.

From full ground drills to in-close skills work, the coaches put the players through a number of different activities to get them ready for the big game.

At the end of the session, the players traded the footy for a soccer ball and played a light hearted game of gaelic footy.
