When the Hawks step out onto the field this Saturday against North Melbourne at Aurora, they’ll be taking on more than just the North Melbourne Football Club.

The Hawks have joined forces with major community partner Youthbeyondblue to help tackle depression and anxiety.

Depression and anxiety affects anyone at any time but often, people are afraid to talk about how they’re feeling because they’re worried what others will think.

Youthbeyondblue encourages people to Look, Listen, Talk and Seek Help together.

The message encourages all people to 'look' for the signs of depression, 'listen' to your friends experiences, 'talk' about what’s going on and to 'seek help' together.

Make sure you grab a FREE wristband on Saturday at Aurora to show your support.
