After being the youngest player on Hawthorn’s list in 2008, the talented Queenslander made significant inroads last year, winning the Hawks’ most improved player award. Played 13 games, including the first 10, before being hampered by minor injuries that restricted him to just three AFL games in the last 12 rounds. The Hawks like his composure and sure ball-handling in defence.
