The former Port Adelaide player showed why the Hawks were so keen on him. He can be used in a variety of roles and does them all well: runner and rebounder off half-back, midfielder and pinch-hitting medium forward. Arguably, he is most dangerous in the forward line. He averaged 18.4 disposals and 2.3 clearances a game in 2011 and had an excellent finals series.
