The Honourable Jeffrey G. Kennett AC - President
Jeff was appointed president of Hawthorn Football at the Annual General Meeting held on December 14 2005. Mr Kennett was a Member of the Victorian Parliament for 23 years, and was Premier of the State from 1992 to 1999. Mr Kennett is currently Chairman of Open Windows Australia Proprietary Limited, Australian Commercial Catering Pty Ltd and Chairman of the Board of Management of PFD Food Services Pty Ltd and Amtek Corporation Pty Ltd. He is a Director of Equity Trustees Limited and Jumbuck Entertainment Limited. Mr Kennett is Chairman of Beyondblue, the national depression initiative.and the Enterprize Ship Trust. Mr Kennett is Patron of a number of community organisations.

Geoff Harris - Vice President
Geoff Harris was appointed to the board in June 2004. He was instrumental in establishing a new portfolio within the board for new HFC business initiatives, and is responsible for chairing that sub committee. Geoff is a founding partner and substantial shareholder of Flight Centre Ltd, a director and substantial shareholder in Boost Juice, a director and shareholder in Top Deck Travel UK.

Janine Allis - Director
Janine became the first female director of Hawthorn Football Club after an invitation to join the board in February 2006. Janine is the founder and CEO of the internationally successful Boost Juice chain. Her flagship juice bar opened in Adelaide in 2000. Janine has a wealth of experiencing in building and maintaining strong business brands.

Jason Dunstall - Director
After playing 269 games with the Club between 1985–1998, Jason Dunstall joined the board in April 2004 and is a member of the football sub committee. He acted as Hawthorn’s interim chief executive from August to October 2004 in what was an important restructure of the Club.

Bruce Growcott - Director
Bruce Growcott has held a position on the Hawthorn board since 1998.
He is a senior partner with PKF and uses his accounting expertise as a qualified chartered accountant and business advisor to lead the Hawthorn finance sub committee.

Martin Ralston - Director
Martin Ralston was elected to the Hawthorn Football Club Board at the 2005 Annual General Meeting. He currently serves as vice chairman of the Moonee Valley Racing Club, is the non executive chairman of Transol Corporation and Sirecam and is a non executive director of DWS and the Box Hill Hawks. Martin's business skills are in information technology and strategic business planning.

Andrew Newbold - Director
Andrew Newbold was appointed to the Board in June 2003. As an executive director of Wind Power, Newbold, who is a qualified lawyer, brings an enormous wealth of business and legal expertise to the board.

Sean Cummins - Director
Cummins, a Hawthorn member for over 20 years, joined the Hawthorn Board at the end of 2009. A qualified lawyer and founder of advertising business cummins&partners, he brings a great deal of experience to the Board.
Sean worked with Sir Richard Branson to create and launch Virgin Blue and his recent work on Tourism Queensland's “Best Job in the World” campaign won a record three Grand Prix and five Gold Lions at the Cannes International Advertising Festival. |
