Hawthorn Physical Performance Manager Luke Boyd has confirmed Jacob Koschitzke suffered an AC joint injury in the side's draw with Richmond on Saturday.
After a stellar first season of AFL football in which he kicked the second-most goals of any Hawk, Koschitzke endured some rotten luck with his injury coming in the final quarter of the final game of the year.
