It was a picturesque day in Melbourne as the Hawks hit the track in preparation for Saturday's Grand Final against Sydney.

Before that though, it was midfielder Sam Mitchell's turn to front the media to discuss the big game.

Mitchell was asked a range of questions declared we are rightfully the underdogs in Saturday's game given the performances of the two sides in the Preliminary Finals. He did, however, declare we are confident our best football can beat the Swans on Saturday.

The Hawks star then rejoined his teammates to prepare for the training session.

The players completed a range of different drills before heading back indoors for some lunch after just over an hour.
