Approximately 10,000 Hawthorn members and supporters flocked to Glenferrie Oval to bask in the glory of the Club's back-to-back premierships.

Melbourne turned on a day of brilliant sunshine to meet the 2014 premiers, as the players were presented on stage in front of hoards of elated fans.

Each player was greeted by a rousing reception but the loudest cheers were left for Matt Spangher, Cyril Rioli, Luke Hodge and Coach Alastair Clarkson as they brought out the 2013 and 2014 Premiership Cups.

President Andrew Newbld was interviewed on stage before the presentation of the premiership team and declared the Hawks want to become a juggernaut of the AFL.

Clarkson and Hodge also spoke about the pride they have in the team as a whole, not just those who represented the Hawks on Saturday.
