KEY DEFENDER James Frawley is ready to take on Fremantle, after sitting out last week’s match concussion.

Frawley copped an accidental knock to the head from teammate Ben Stratton in the Hawks’ loss to the Giants, but is back at 100 per cent.

“I had the main session today, so I’m feeling pretty good… a week off, freshen up a bit and the body’s feeling good,” he said.

“I’m looking forward to getting out there against Freo, it should be a good game.”
