Hawthorn’s Round 6 clash against St Kilda at UTAS Stadium will kick off with a bang, thanks to a performance by ARIA award-winning artist Samantha Jade, who will get the crowd up and dancing.

Fans are encouraged to pre-book their tickets and be in their seats by 6.40pm to enjoy the dazzling pre-match set, before a scintillating fireworks display. The pre-game pyrotechnics extravaganza are set to be the biggest display in AFL history.

Samantha Jade will return to the stage at half-time to perform a medley of some of her hits including ‘Best of My Love’, ‘What You’ve Done to Me’ and ‘Up’.

There will be a Macca’s Family Fun Zone at Gate 1 for the kids, with handball targets and goals to practice their skills, while the grown-ups can enter the Macca’s Kick for Cash competition, with up to $2,000 up for grabs. Families are also encouraged to stick around after the final siren for Macca’s Kick 2 Kick on the field.

The Hawks will have an open training session on Friday before the match, with fans invited to UTAS Stadium for the team’s captain’s run at 5pm.

The day after the game, junior supporters can meet their favourite footy stars at a Superclinic thanks to AFL Tasmania at UTAS Stadium from 9am.
