Dylan Moore did not make his senior debut in his first year at the Ricoh Centre.

But you wouldn’t be hard-pressed to argue that, had the season gone much longer, the 19-year-old would have knocked the door down for his first AFL opportunity.

Moore was Box Hill’s September superstar, proving one of the Hawks’ best in both their preliminary and Grand Final wins.

The hard-running utility kicked four goals against Williamstown to help facilitate the Grand Final berth, before booting another three against Casey to earn himself a VFL premiership medallion.

Coach Chris Newman repeatedly praised the Eastern Ranges product for his coachability, desire to learn and work ethic.

Moore will certainly be one to watch entering season 2019.
