The return of Tom

After spending the entirety of the 2019 season on the sidelines, Tom Mitchell made his much-anticipated return to the field against the Lions. The 2018 Brownlow Medallist didn’t take long to rediscover his typical ball-getting ways, collecting a team-high 25 touches.

Silk being Silk

You’d think age would be starting to slow Shaun Burgoyne down in his 19th senior season, but that simply didn’t appear to be the case again on Sunday. Making a song and dance about it

The coronavirus outbreak and this concept of social distancing has changed everything as we previously knew it. But watching the boys sing the team song whilst exercising social distancing following the win over the Lions would have put a smile on the dial of any Hawks fan!
