Hawthorn Football Club extends a heartfelt thank you to its brown and gold family, with this year’s membership tally rounding out at 76,343 loyal members.

CEO Justin Reeves says this is a humbling result as we close out a difficult year for both the club and the broader community.

“The loyalty and passion shown by Hawthorn members in 2020 has been truly incredible to witness," Reeves said.

“It has been a trying year for many reasons, but even when we couldn’t have our members cheering from the stands, their unwavering support has been overwhelming.

“From re-committing to the club through membership, purchasing merchandise, to sharing heartfelt messages of support on social media, Hawthorn Football Club is so lucky to be backed by such amazing people.

“While there are still many challenges  ahead, it is incredibly reassuring to know the club has such loyal members who will help guide Hawthorn through its most difficult times.

“From all of us here at the club, we want to extend our sincerest thanks to every single one of our 76,343 members.”

The Hawks close out the year with the fourth highest membership base in the league, following West Coast, Richmond and Collingwood.
