Hawthorn VFLW is all set for its final game of the season against Port Melbourne on Sunday.

Women's football stalwart Meg Hutchins will play the final game of her glittering career.

Sophie Bolding, Jess Grace and Emily Gilder will return to the line-up while Mikayla Morrison (concussion), Chelsea Wilson (back) and Jessie Williams (quad) have been sidelined due to injuries.

The Hawks will be looking to disturb the third-placed Port Melbourne's finals preparations.

Howzat! Denver completes Hawks hat-trick of debutants!

Box Hill will be hoping to extend its three-game winning streak when it takes on Aspley this weekend.

The Hawks Round 11 opposition sit at the other end of the form spectrum, with the Hornets having managed just one win from their eight games this year, with that solitary victory coming in Round 1.

Sam Mitchell's side will host the Brisbane-based team at Box Hill City Oval on Saturday.
