A new era has officially begun for the Hawthorn Football Club, with the brown and gold now settled into the new home at the Kennedy Community Centre.
This world-class facility represents the heart of Hawthorn’s future — a place where players, staff, members, and the wider community come together in pursuit of connection, belonging and shared success. The Kennedy Community Centre embodies the club’s vision for long-term success — a home where both high performance and community impact thrive side by side.
The AFLW team is the first to call the Kennedy Community Centre home, training and preparing within the new facility as they embark on their 2025 finals campaign. The team’s strong momentum this season has been built on a foundation of growth, resilience, and a bold, attacking style of football that has thrilled our supporters and inspired the next generation of Hawks.
The brown and gold family now has the opportunity to make a mark within this landmark facility by adding their name to a seat in the AFLW & Community Pavilion. For a tax-deductible donation of $600 to the Hawthorn Football Club Foundation, your name, a loved one’s name, or a business will be recognised for three years on a seat overlooking the Marvel sized AFLW & Community Oval. Each contribution ensures that future generations of Hawks experience the same pride, passion, and sense of family that define the brown and gold.
