Hawthorn has made three changes for its Semi Final against Carlton this Saturday night at IKON Park.

Headlining the inclusions is Hawthorn skipper Emily Bates, who returns for the do-or-die final after being sidelined since Round 7.

Second-year Hawks Hayley McLaughlin and Sophie Butterworth round out the additions to face the Blues. 

Injured duo Emily Everist (concussion) and Kaitlyn Ashmore (calf) will miss the clash, along with Nat Exon (omitted).
