Hawthorn star Jasmine Fleming has been named in the 2025 AFL Players Association AFLW 22Under22 team.

This marks Fleming’s third time featuring in the fan-voted team, following her selection in the 2022 (Season 7) and 2024 22Under22 sides.

The 21-year-old has produced another impressive season, despite an injury-interrupted start to the year, having missed rounds 2-4 with a knee injury.

From her 10 games to date in 2025, the midfielder has averaged 17.3 disposals, 5.5 tackles and 2.2 clearances.

Her season-best game came in Round 11 against Essendon, collecting a season-high and equal game-high 24 disposals and a game-high 14 handballs, as well as a season-high eight tackles and four clearances.

The 22Under22 is a fan-voted concept that recognises the league’s best young players under the age of 22 who have made an impact on their club and the competition.

To be eligible for selection, players are required to be aged 22 and under for the duration of the season and to have played a minimum of five games of the home-and-away season.
