Hawthorn's Community (CWFL) and Victorian Wheelchair Football League (VWFL) teams begin their quest for premiership success on Sunday 10 September at Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre (MSAC).
After finishing on top of the ladder for the first time in Hawthorn's Wheelchair AFL history, the Hawks' VWFL team will play off in a qualifying final at 12pm against Collingwood.
Should they win, they will advance straight through to the Grand Final on Sunday 17 September.
If they lose, they face the winner of the VWFL Elimination Final between Essendon and Richmond in the VWFL Preliminary Final, taking place at 3pm on Sunday.
Hawthorn's CWFL team also faces the Magpies to begin the day, but for them, it's a do-or-die encounter with the elimination final commencing at 11am.
Should they win, they will advance to the CWFL Preliminary Final and battle the loser of the CWFL Qualifying Final between Richmond and St Kilda.
Individual accolades are also up for grabs on Sunday, with goal-scoring machine Yassin Hill in line to raise the ton.
Hill has already secured the league's goal-scoring title with a whopping 92 goals from 11 games.
He needs eight goals to make Hawthorn history and be the first Hawks Wheelchair AFL player to score 100 goals.
