Hawthorn's Victorian Wheelchair Football League team is Grand Final bound for the first time in its history.
The Hawks will do battle with Richmond on Sunday, 1pm at Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre after defeating Collingwood in the qualifying final by 76 points.
That match also saw superstar forward Yassin Hill score his 100th goal for the season in another Hawthorn first.
The Grand Final appearance comes off the back of Hawthorn's best Wheelchair AFL season yet, with the Hawks winning their first-ever minor premiership thanks to a 9-3 record.
Hawthorn's community team's season came to an end on the weekend though, going down to Collingwood by 34 points.
Despite the result, it was a great season for the Hawks who made their first finals series in the community league.
