Kaiden Brand essentially split his time between AFL and VFL footy this season, playing 10 senior games and 14 games for Box Hill.
Brand averaged just over 12 disposals at AFL level this year, as he was tasked with minding some of the leading key forwards in the competition.
After intermittent call-ups to the senior side throughout the first half of the year, Brand went on to play the final six games of the home and away season before returning to Box Hill for the finals series.
With the reserves, Brand tallied some high disposal numbers despite remaining in that key defensive post.
Against Sandringham in Round 5, the 24-year-old recorded 27 disposals, 13 marks and four tackles as the Hawks won by 64 points.
Finally, Brand capped off his sixth season in the brown and gold by winning a VFL premiership with Box Hill.
