To celebrate Indigenous Round, Hawthorn’s Indigenous players have had special boots painted by Darren Dunn from Alenarra Art Design in Sydney.

These boots, all one of a kind and signed by the player, are available now for auction online. The Indigenous players will be donating the proceeds to a charity of their choice.

Franklin has selected the Maali Colts Indigenous team for 16 – 20 year olds, based at Dianella and Morley Football Club.

Three Indigenous players took to the MCG against Gold Coast in the boots, and all players trained in them during the week.

Also on offer is a special Indigenous commemorative Sherrin that has been signed by the Indigenous players.

Bid on the boots and ball now for your chance to own a unique piece of Hawthorn’s Indigenous culture.
