It’s fair to say former Hawthorn captain, 2008 premiership player and Breast Cancer Network Australia Ambassador, Shane Crawford likes a challenge.

‘Crawf’ is about to embark on one of the biggest challenges of his life as he prepares to ride his push bike across Australia to raise funds and awareness for Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA).

Crawford will depart Melbourne on 20 June and over 22 days will cover 3600 kilometers, averaging a gruelling 170 kilometers a day.

He will pass through towns across three states, including Bendigo, Mildura, Port August, Kalgoorlie and Kellerberrin, arriving in Perth on 11 July and appearing on the AFL Footy Show live from Crown Perth.

The Club is proud to donate $1,000 to the ‘Tour de Crawf’ to support.

Join Hawthorn and support Crawf by also donating and leaving a message of support.
