The success of season 2014 is now officially over for Hawthorn's first to fourth year players as they began their 2015 campaign on Monday.

In weather not synonymous with the greulling training of pre-season, the players hit the track on an overcast and chilly morning at the Ricoh Centre, Waverley Park.

There were some familiar faces amongst the group, with dual premiership player Bradley Hill beginning his 2015 campaign alongside the likes of exciting fellow youngsters like Angus Litherland, Billy Hartung, Jed Anderson, James Sicily and Tim O'Brien.

Life as a Hawk also began for recruits James Frawley and Jonathan O'Rourke, who took part in their first training session alongside new teammates.

The session opened with skills work before graduating into some intense running.
