The Hawks have travelled across Tasmania to get involved in the community as part of the 2015 Australia Post AFL Community Camp program. The camp ran from Friday 27 February-Sunday 1 March.

Check out below for a rundown of day three.

Hobart

The group of Luke Hodge, Isaac Smith, Kurt Heatherley and Zac Webster ventured to the Chelsea Mayne Fundraiser Family Fun Day. The day was held to raise funds for Chelsea Mayne and her family, Chelsea hasn't been able to speak or walk since birth suffering from an undiagnosed condition. Hodge donated $5000 on behalf of the club as part of the Geoff Harris Hardship Fund supporting members and fans in tough times. They then visited the Royal Hobart Hospital to chat with the patients.

The other Hobart group met the dogs from Guide Dogs Tasmania, conducting various tasks such as blind grooming, experiencing life with the assistance of a guide dog.

The Port Arthur group were lucky enough to head to Carlton Life Saving Club to meet the local expert swimmers and life savers. The boys took part in a tug of war and other competitions, unfortunately losing all of them to the kids.

Launceston

The final day saw Bradley Hill, Jarryd Roughead, Jordan Lewis, James Frawley and Jonathon Simpkin take part in the Cancer Council 5km run. The boys chatted with the contestants after the race, getting to know the locals.

The group then headed to Launceston General Hospital to spend some time in the kids ward, talking footy with the patients.

The Burnie boys visited Roseberry Football Club where the weather forced a 'Q & A' and signing session with the locals, weather than cleared allowing for some skills on the oval.

Will Langford, Liam Shiels and Alex Woodward visited Scamander Beach to spend time with the juniors of St Helens Football Club. They had a kick on the sand before heading back to the Surf Club for some autographs. Great way to finish the camp.
