HAWTHORN forward Jarryd Roughead yesterday underwent a procedure to have a melanoma removed from his lip, and will be unavailable to play on Friday night.
The 28-year-old has not been admitted to hospital, and a timeline for his return is yet to be determined.
Hawthorn's primary concern is for Jarryd's health and the club thanks the media for respecting his and his family's privacy at this time.'
