HAWTHORN midfielder Sam Mitchell has been offered a $1000 by the AFL Match Review Panel (MRP) for an incident in the Hawks' Round 15 clash against Fremantle.

Mitchell was charged with kneeing Docker Nat Fyfe in the second quarter of the Hawks' win.

The MRP has offered Mitchell a $1000 sanction with an early plea.

The incident was classified by the MRP as intentional conduct with low impact to the body.

*Fyfe has been offered a $1500 sanction with an early plea for engaging with rough conduct against Hawk Taylor Duryea in the first quarter.

The Dockers' midfielder had no case to answer for an incident involving Hawk Liam Shiels, also in the first quarter.
