HAWTHORN scored a memorable five-point win the last time it met Adelaide Crows in a final.
It was the 2012 preliminary final, in which the Hawks trailed by five points at the major break, before claiming a 13.19 (97) to 14.8 (92) victors.
Sam Mitchell, Brad Sewell and Cyril Rioli found plenty of the ball, collecting 29, 28 and 26 disposals respectively.
